EXIT Gold Realty in Stevensville and Denton MD Gets Bigger and Better!

Debbie Houck, EXIT Gold RealtyIn a press release dated July 28, 2009, EXIT Gold Realty's Broker/Owner, Debbie Houck, announced the latest in an impressive list of achievements for this new EXIT Realty brokerage.  "EXIT Gold Realty Denton was named the #1 real estate office for written listings in the EXIT Mid-Atlantic region for June and the Stevensville office was named #7," she said.  "EXIT Gold Realty is proud to have 5 of the Top 10 agents for written listings for the same period; Barbara Beaudet #1, Suzanne Galasso #2, and Kenneth Glenn #7 are in the Denton office while Suzanne Hitt #6 and Geoffrey Young #10 are in the Stevensville office." Beaudet was also recognized for seller ends with a tie for second place and Hitt for buyer ends with a tie for first place.

Houck's Denton office officially opened in late June.  EXIT Mid-Atlantic Regional Owners, Rick and Carol McDaniel were present to join in the festivities and the ribbon cutting. "Debbie and her agents did a wonderful job of letting everyone know in Denton and everyone going to the beach that EXIT Gold Realty is there to serve their real estate needs," said Carol McDaniel.

EXIT Realty Raises $12,000 for Habitat for Humanity in the Maritimes

EXIT Realty Associates Golf for a Good CauseEXIT Realty Associates from across the Maritimes came together recently to golf in support of Habitat for Humanity.  

"Raising $12,000 for a one-day event is incredible," says Ed Martens, EXIT Realty Corp. International's Sr. VP Of Franchise Sales, Canada, who took part playing a round with fellow EXIT agents.

"I had the privilege of riding on the EXIT bus from Halifax to the golf course with a full complement of happy real estate agents anxious to hit the greens. From a Corporate perspective we just can't say enough about our franchisees and agents who participated. Their dedication and good-hearted spirit is uplifting and inspiring.  The organization of every detail was outstanding." 

Spearheading the annual event  is Jon Walker, Franchisee of EXIT Realty Inter Lake, and his team who do a first-class job with getting sponsorships and the scheduling of every moment.   Jeremy Cowan, Franchisee of EXIT Realty Metro arranged the bus which transported a large contingent of agents from multiple offices from the Halifax area.  The monies raised will be directed toward a Habitat build in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, which is scheduled for later this year. 

Habitat for Humanity is EXIT Realty Corp. International's charity of choice, and  the company has now pledged over $1.5 million to Habitat for Humanity efforts across North America.  "Fundraising events hosted by EXIT Franchisees and Associates like this one, are in addition to corporate contributions and illustrate the truly caring nature and depth of initiative on the part of our people" says Martens.

EXIT Realty Results Agents Close "Miracle" Deal

EXIT Realty Launches Online Administration Training

EXIT Realty Launches Online Administration TrainingThe Franchise Support and Web Development Teams of EXIT Realty Corp. International have joined together to launch online training for our office Administrators across North America.  Sharron Richardson, EXIT Realty's Franchise Support Manager says, "Now EXIT Realty Administrators will be able to access training sessions online at their convenience which is important considering we support eight time zones from Newfoundland to Hawaii."

And Administrators across the system welcome the change.  Dee Roy-Bowie of EXIT Metro Realty in Alexandria, VA  says, "This is the best thing ever. I think this idea is wonderful. I missed [a scheduled] training [recently] simply because it was too busy in the office.  Congratulations and thanks!" 

Traditionally, Administrator training has been conducted via scheduled conference calls and webinars. EXIT Realty recognizes the need to have this training available 24/7 in order to accomodate an Administrator's busy scedule. While some trainings remained scheduled, EXIT Administrators can now access the majority of our training on their own time, and can attend an unlimited amount of times if they feel the need for a refresher.  

This is just one more benefit offered to EXIT Realty Administrators.  A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT Realty Corp. International is set aside and paid to the administrative and secretarial staff of our offices at year's end.
